1. Educational Purpose Only
   Access Accelerator is a legal education and coaching program provided by REIBLAW.
   It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
   Participation in Access Accelerator, including group coaching sessions and access to templates, does not establish an attorney-client relationship with REIBLAW or any of its attorneys.
   For legal services or representation, a separate written agreement must be signed.

3. Use of Templates & Resources
   Templates and video walk-throughs are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for legal advice. You are responsible for consulting legal counsel before using any documents in your business.

4. Billing & Cancellation

   • Your subscription is billed monthly at $150.

   • You may cancel at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

   • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

5. Intellectual Property
   All materials provided through Access Accelerator are the intellectual property of REIBLAW. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

6. Zoom Coaching Conduct
   Group coaching calls may be recorded for educational use. By attending, you agree not to disclose sensitive or confidential information and waive any expectation of privacy.
