Scott Reib (pronounced "Reeb") is the founder of Reib Law and one of the most recognized voices in small business legal protection. Known as America's Legal Coach, Scott has spent nearly 30 years helping entrepreneurs, coaches, and service providers build what he calls a shatterproof business, one with the legal foundation to withstand lawsuits, leadership transitions, and the unexpected.
As the official Zig Ziglar Small Business Lawyer and a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer, Scott bridges the worlds of legal strategy and business growth in a way most attorneys never attempt. His conviction is simple: legal protection should work like a primary care doctor relationship, not an emergency room visit. He built the Reib Law Access Plan to make that possible, delivering predictable, affordable, attorney-level legal support for the businesses that need it most.
Scott is the author of The Shatterproof Entrepreneur and The Shatterproof Leader, and the host of The Shatterproof Entrepreneur Podcast. He speaks regularly to business owner groups across the country on legal protection, brand strategy, and the mistakes that put everything at risk.

Admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas in 2013 and a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D. 2000), Ian left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of working with him. He is deeply missed.
