The REIBLAW Launch Access Plan is a temporary starter legal plan designed to help early-stage business owners form the right entities, create core contracts, stay compliant, and get access to legal guidance before graduating into the Momentum Access Plan.
You are building the business, serving customers, signing contracts, hiring help, forming entities, and making decisions that create legal consequences.
The problem is that most entrepreneurs only call a lawyer after something breaks.
By then, the problem is more expensive, more stressful, and harder to fix.
The Launch Access Plan is designed to help you build correctly from the beginning.
The Launch Access Plan gives you an ongoing relationship with REIBLAW so you can make smarter business decisions before they turn into legal problems.
This is not emergency-room law. This is proactive legal care for entrepreneurs.
With Launch, you get legal guidance, entity support, contract coverage, compliance help, quarterly strategy check-ins, and quick access to the REIBLAW team.
LLC formation and filing for up to 3 entities per 12 months, entity structure guidance, and compliant setup support — so your company is built on a stronger legal foundation.
Creation or review of one primary business contract, plus ongoing contract review guidance limited to 1 per quarter — contracts that actually protect your business.
Every quarter you get a legal strategy touchpoint to review risks, priorities, and next steps — so you are always thinking ahead, not reacting.
Phone, text, and email access for quick questions related to covered services — so you are never left guessing when legal issues come up.
Stay ahead of basic compliance issues instead of reacting after deadlines or problems arise. Know what you need to do and when.
You become more than a one-time project client. You get a direct relationship with the REIBLAW team — people who know your business and your goals.
Launch is REIBLAW's starter Access Plan for early-stage business owners who need to get their legal foundation in place. It is intentionally temporary. The goal is simple: start with Launch, build your business foundation, and graduate into Momentum when your business is ready for deeper ongoing legal support.
Foundation building phase. Up to 12 months.
Deeper ongoing legal support for growing businesses.
The Launch Access Plan is a limited-scope membership plan. It does not include every type of legal service. Some matters require a separate written engagement.
Excluded services include: litigation, court representation, arbitration, mediation, regulatory hearings, estate planning, bankruptcy, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, EEOC claims, wage disputes, wrongful termination claims, real estate purchases or leases, trademark/copyright/patent applications, IP litigation, criminal defense, and FinCEN reporting.
Launch is not designed to be permanent. It is your legal foundation-building phase before you move into Momentum for deeper ongoing business legal support. The initial Launch commitment is 6 months. Launch is available for up to 12 months, and at or before the end of the Launch period the membership graduates into Momentum. Final enrollment terms should match the signed Access Membership Agreement.
REIBLAW helps business owners think ahead, avoid preventable legal problems, and build companies that can withstand pressure.
The Launch Access Plan gives you a practical way to get legal support into your business before the cost of waiting gets too high.
