Formation or cleanup guidance for up to three (3) entities per year — LLC formation, basic ownership structure guidance, and related organizational documents for covered entities.
Core Contract or Standard Employment Agreement
One covered foundational contract during the initial term — client service, vendor, independent contractor, or standard employment agreement for one employee role.
Additional contracts, complex negotiations, and custom employment policies require a separate engagement.
Quarterly Legal Strategy Check-In
One scheduled legal strategy check-in per calendar quarter to review covered legal priorities, identify business risk, and determine whether additional legal services are recommended.
Covered Legal Questions
Members may submit covered legal questions related to Launch Plan services through Reib Law-approved communication channels.

Out-of-Scope Review & Flat-Fee Recommendations
When a matter falls outside the Launch Plan, Reib Law may provide a flat-fee quote or recommend an upgrade — including the Momentum Access Plan. You always know what something will cost before we proceed.

No hourly billing, ever. Traditional business attorneys in the Dallas–Denton area charge $350–$600/hour. With Launch, your monthly fee is the same whether you use covered services once or every week.
Initiation fee waived. New Launch members pay $0 at enrollment for the initiation fee (normally $500). Your first billing is just the $425 monthly fee on your start date.
Six-month minimum, then month-to-month. Launch requires a six-month initial commitment. After that, it continues on a rolling basis — cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
Out-of-scope work gets a flat-fee quote. When something falls outside the plan, you'll get a flat-fee proposal before any work begins. No surprises.
