An SOS call is a priority legal consultation for time-sensitive issues — a contract dispute, a threatening letter, a compliance deadline, or any situation that needs immediate attorney attention. Momentum members receive 6 SOS calls per month; Expansion members receive 12 per month; Guardian members have unlimited SOS calls and consultations.
The initiation fee covers your onboarding, initial legal assessment, and the creation of your Shatterproof Business Blueprint — which maps your current entity structure, identifies legal exposures, and establishes the foundation for your ongoing legal strategy. It's a one-time investment that sets up the entire relationship.
Trademark guidance and strategy are included in Access Plan consultations. Full USPTO trademark registration (clearance search, application preparation, filing, and office action response) is handled as a separate flat-fee service. Access Plan members receive priority scheduling and coordination for trademark work.
